The job isn’t completed until you are satisfied and only then do we collect payment. We do not accept deposits. INTERIOR PAINTING
- Set Up: Items are placed in center of room and covered with clean plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.
- Prepare: Based on your requests all hole and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled. Stains are sealed and surfaces are scuff sanded.
- Paint: Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
- Clean: Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. All of our materials are removed.
- Inspect: After our own inspection you are invited to inspect our work.
EXTERIOR PAINTING
- Wash: As per your proposal, areas are power washed to remove dirt and mildew.
- Surface Preparation: Based on proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy surfaces are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
- Paint: Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
- Clean: Clean up is done daily as well as at the completion of our work. All paint chips are removed and our materials are neatly packed up.
- Inspect: After our own inspection you are invited to inspect our work.
